Refund & Returns Policy
Due to the personalised nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:
• Change of mind
• Incorrect personalisation details provided by the customer
• Digital downloads
Please ensure all custom details are entered correctly before completing your purchase.
To start the return process, you can contact us at sales@shorelinebeachco.com.au.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will assess and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Application Issues (Vinyl Decals)
We provide application instructions with all decals. We are not responsible for application errors. However, if you experience difficulty, please contact us and we’re happy to guide you.
Digital Downloads
All digital downloads are delivered electronically after purchase. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable.Digital files are for personal use only and may not be redistributed, resold or shared.
Digital products, sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
