All orders are carefully designed, produced and packed from our home studio in Queensland, Australia.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Custom name decals and personalised items are made to order and may require the full processing timeframe.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

Standard Shipping: $5.95
Free Shipping on orders over $50

Shipping times are estimated at checkout and are provided by Australia Post. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery timeframes are outside of our control.

Tracking
All orders include tracking. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel is delayed or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us within 7 days and we will assist you in lodging an enquiry with Australia Post.
